The 981,000 SF fab facility includes a 51,000 SF Class 1 submicron cleanroom and nearly 600,000 SF of support, research, and development space. The cleanroom was built over a complex waffle slab on an existing campus that remained operational and uninterrupted throughout the brief 18-month construction-to-production cycle.
